The only bathroom in the house
Many of the older and post-war homes around downtown and on the Island were built with one modest bathroom for the whole family, usually a tub-shower combo in a tight footprint. We make that space work harder: a tub-to-shower conversion, a recessed niche instead of a caddy, a vanity that actually fits, and a fan that clears the room.
Since it's your only bath, we plan the schedule around it and tell you up front which days it will be out of service.
Basement baths and rentals
