We're based in Logan and work throughout Cache Valley, from Preston and Franklin on the Idaho side down to Hyrum and Wellsville.
The valley's homes keep us on our toes. Older and post-war houses around downtown Logan and on the Island often need their structure, plumbing, and wiring brought up to date along with the finishes. The newer subdivisions to the north and south tend to have good bones and builder-grade everything else, plus a lot of unfinished basements. And every home here deals with long winters and very hard water, so we build for both.
